Excellent Product with Amazing Customer Service

The ability for my employees to access information in one place is huge! From time sheets to emails all of this can be stored centrally allowing for easy retrieval when needed. I have not found anything that i dislike about the software as far as functionality goes but I am sure there are things out there that we don't know yet. We are trying it out so I cannot tell you if everything gets figured out quickly or takes some time to get used to. Keeping track of employee hours and payroll is much…

User friendly Inspection software which is easy to use and easy to find documents in database

It is easy for me as an inspector or auditor because it has all my requirements listed in one place! I can easily find everything that needs attention without having go through each document individually (like other programs). There are some functions missing but they have made updates recently which makes this software better than before so hopefully we will be getting newer versions soon-ish!!   • What I like best is the ability to upload and update documents directly into the system in minutes and once saved can then make changes as needed
Cons
  • In certain circumstances I do wish we can upload documents directly from smart phones (Android) like on paper receipts but thats a minor thing

Efficient and helpful mobile application

The best thing about this software is that it can be used for both internal use as well as external clients/customers. It has all features one would need in order to run an efficient business. I think there are some minor bugs which have been fixed but only if you contact support team they will help resolve your problems. There should also be option of creating new templates rather than using existing ones. We were able to solve our issues related to time tracking by solving them through T-Dox

DoX Dox Review Of Building Management System

I like that it can be used for both home inspections as well building management systems (BMS). It has helped us in creating custom reports which is very helpful when you have thousands of items or projects! The software does not always load properly at times so make sure your internet connection speed allows this application run smoothly before purchasing because if any problems occur there will likely never get fixed by them unless we are willing/able pay additional fees!! The best tool ever to keep track with Inspections

I like that it is easy for my inspectors (and me) because there are so many ways of using this software! It's also great if you want your employees' information easily accessible from anywhere at anytime as well when they're out in public areas or even off-premise while working remotely during COVID times!! Easy Inspections Management Tool: TDox

I love the ease of use and the ability to create checklists and forms to help keep track of our inspections. There are a few things I would like to see in the future but I don't think it's a deal breaker. I would like to be able to have more control over the reports that are generated.
