Contrary to other reviews I found this worked well. I use my portable blender bottle to hand mix the protein and I've found almost no clumps. The taste is exactly as advertised. No taste. It really doesn't smell, just what I wanted. I don't want flavors because that means they have to add "junk" flavor ingredients. I have found that when mixed with water or milk, the shake becomes noticeably "watery" or "thin" in texture. I don't know if that's good or bad, just saying. When mixed with milk or water and I shake my hand, this product seems clearer or more watery than other protein shakes. Also, I get more foam when mixed with water or milk than when mixed with other proteins I have experience with. Does a "watery" mix or more foam make this product bad? I don't think so, just sharing my experience. In terms of ingredients, it doesn't get any better. Plain and simple, it contains whey and sunflower lecithin. That's it, nothing else is listed in the ingredients. No added sweeteners, sugar and/or artificial ingredients.
