I bought this protein powder because I needed to add some more protein to my diet and I needed a low sodium product . I find that 1 scoop in my morning coffee does the job. I first mix it with some water with a small silicone whisk, then add it to the coffee and I don't get any lumps. Also, it's really tasteless in my Morning Joe.

uses them just like me. I chose this brand because I saw a price increase on my previous powder, Nutricost. The boy is a big mistake. This powder sucks. Terrible taste, lumpy, doesn't mix. Just don't be cheap like me and spend the extra $10. I will return this crap.

Contrary to other reviews I found this worked well. I use my portable blender bottle to hand mix the protein and I've found almost no clumps. The taste is exactly as advertised. No taste. It really doesn't smell, just what I wanted. I don't want flavors because that means they have to add "junk" flavor ingredients. I have found that when mixed with water or milk, the shake becomes noticeably "watery" or "thin" in texture. I don't know if that's good or bad, just saying. When mixed with milk or…
