Overall great price compared to OEM from dealer. The metal stamping is thinner/flexible than the OEM and it's missing a few mounting holes for attaching the wiring harness that I had to drill out by hand. All mounting holes for the door bolts were present. On my car (Hyundai Azera) you have to drill out the aluminum rivets on the original door panel to remove the door speaker/seal/housing from the original, which is required to keep the speaker out of the window rail/use, and remove the die Assembling the speaker assembly and reattaching it to the replacement panel took the most time with this setup. I ended up just reusing the OEM speaker as it needed a speaker gasket to clean the window and I didn't want to redo the speaker wiring for now.
