Review on Hunter Haskell Low Profile Ceiling Fan with LED Light and Pull Chain Control, 42 Inches, Brushed Nickel by Cathy Magel

I am giving it one star because it was a pleasure working with Hunter's customer service and the fan ball arrived in perfect condition. However, I was very disappointed that I installed this beautiful fan, followed the instructions to the letter "T" and then nothing. The light came on, but the fan blades didn't spin. I double checked my work, contacted customer service for help and finally sent myself a replacement part. Replacing the part did not fix the problem. They finally offered to send me a brand new fan of my choice as the one I bought was out of stock. The replacement fan is very similar. Luckily it works, it's quiet and it really helps move the air. The installation was pretty easy all in all. I'm a petite girl with crappy knees and still managed to pick this fan up and down a few times with no problem.
