Very nice pots and pans. The non-stick coating does not stick. However; These pans scratched the glass top of our stove and we only used them a couple of times. This is the reason for the low rating. If you had a traditional electric or gas appliance it would definitely be great. I'm afraid I'll give them back for something else. To update. My wife wanted to wait a little longer to get these pots back. During this time the plate was severely scratched. We decided it was time to return them but found that our returns window closed 2 days ago. Contacting the manufacturer didn't take us too far. Still waiting for an answer. I would not recommend these pans for closed cookers.
