I don't understand why some other mounts cost so much more than this one, I had them and they are almost identical. It is great. Works the way you want it. I really wish it was a hair closer to the wall in the fully closed or "most hidden" position, probably imperceptible to most, but I do notice fractions of an inch haha. Other fixtures also had this problem, this is for the spare bedroom. Good enough :) Oh the instructions were very strange and I don't think English or proper English anyway, but it basically involves drilling three pilot holes and attaching the three screws provided. Just like any other mount. I would recommend using an impact wrench, the huge bolts were tight even with pilot holes. And ignore the suggestion that you can use plastic wall anchors without using studs! You'll regret it - enjoy waking up the next morning to a broken TV and half a plaster wall on the living room floor, haha.
