The supplement came in a double pack. The capsules are coated and oval shaped for easy swallowing. There was no strange smell in the container or capsules. The supplements contain some additional ingredients like maltodextrin which I would rather not add but that would require them to be made in a soft gel instead. The label also states that the factory also makes other products that contain soy, shellfish, and peanuts, so it's not the cleanest of supplements if you're allergic or worried about cross-contamination. The container contains 120 tablets with a recommended serving size of 2, which equates to a 2 month supply of daily use. The dietary supplement contains 1350 mg of beetroot powder and 10 mg of black pepper for better absorption. I have not taken the supplement long enough to comment on its long-term effects, but I have not experienced any side effects from the supplement either. Overall I would recommend this supplement.
