I had a red spring on my bike at 2000rpm, then I adjusted the yellow spring at 1500rpm to see if that affected my upper limit. First of all I lost my footing, the quick acceleration I had, it took me a while to get moving. The tip stayed the same, I waited and waited for it to change but it didn't, the top speed stayed the same. PS Make sure you have the correct spring, this spring is for 125cc to 150cc motorcycle. If you have 50 cu. cm, 100 cu. cm or even 105 cc. See you need a 139qmb nib. The difference is that the spring ranges from 125 to 150cc. cm has seven turns and the spring ranges from 50 to 100 cc. cm 139qmb has six turns. Both spring types are suitable for 50cc 139qmb. And both say it's 1500 rpm springs. But the large coil spring is much harder to compress into the 50cc 139qmb clutch housing, the force is greater due to the extra coil.
