I was surprised that it cleans so well. I bought it because the wok company offered a bamboo scraper to clean the wok. However, I use scrubbers to wash all my dishes. All three have different bristles: one is softer than the others, from dishes that don't need cleaning to pots that need cleaning. The only suggestion I'd like is a brush that can go deeper into larger glasses and also has bristles that reach to the bottom of a small glass or cup in a circular motion, but the insides are a little hard to get on or off on the bottom of a tall glass. I just bought them and they seem sturdy. Just not sure how long they will last. If they last longer that's good for the environment as I've been through quite a few sponges.
