Unused full USB-C port
The product has worked well for the past four weeks. This article has replaced the old standard monitor (not widescreen) as a second laptop screen. One star off for an unusable full-featured USB-C port. Looks like a manufacturing defect. The middle section tilts to the side, preventing the USB-C cable from plugging in. The mini HDMI port works, but if it doesn't work, this product is useless. This item has never been mishandled or dropped and the cords have never been tangled. I would like to use this product with just one cable instead of two.
