Topens is amazing and the product is heavy duty. A gate company installed the motor for us. About 2 months later we started having problem where the gate wouldn’t open the whole way.The gate company that installed the motor was always too busy to help so we worked directly with Chloe at Topens. She was amazing with her communication and help to resolve this issue.At the end of the day - I believe there was a dead spot in the motor so Topen sent out a replacement motor. Chloe responded quickly and made it easy for us to go through steps to figure out what was wrong. I would give tech support 10 stars if I could! Her help was above and beyond any company I have worked with!The motor opens and closes our 350 pound wrought iron slide gate easily.We just added the Home link and photo eyes today. Easy to install and they work seamlessly.Thanks Topens - you really get to know a company if you have issues.
