The book has been around for a while but cable diagrams are timeless! Because of this designer, I wanted to learn how to make kits in the first place. The symbols on the diagrams are explained and I would suggest making a copy of the symbol diagram on the back and keeping it with the cable diagrams. Stickers to mark which row of the table you are in. Keep in mind that many of the yarns used to make garments are no longer made, but with a little research you can find great substitutes.
