Review on Trilogy SmartLeads by Will Kern

I have enjoyed working with the team at SmartLeads. They have been very helpful when I have any questions. The only thing I would like to see is a webinar every couple months to keep the team up-to-date on new features. If you are looking for a smart lead management company with a lot of knowledge and experience on the product, SmartLeads is your team. I have been able to track all leads from any source and make sure they move through the sales process easily. I've been using them for nearly 10 years now and they have never let me down. They are always willing to help and go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. I don't believe there is anything I dislike about this program. There may be better programs out there but I haven't found one yet. We use them to receive and send emails and track leads. It has allowed us to cut back on emailing from other companies and we can easily keep track of where our leads come from.
