Great product for getting the right thickness when rolling out dough

I've tried various cookie and pie dough recipes and always had trouble with the product coming out either too thick or too runny. I bought this rolling pin with rings of different thicknesses and now I have no problem meeting the recipe requirements. As you know, if your dough is too thick or too thin, it matters a lot how long it takes to bake a cookie or any other dough recipe. If you want a great product you need to follow the instructions and this product really helps. Highly recommended for the serious cook or, like me, an amateur cook.
