The functionality of the switches are inconsistent

Overall the switches work fine. They were very easy to install. The quality isn't the best though. One switch out of the bunch that was internally mis wired so that the on and off positions were swapped. I installed the switch upside down to correct it, however the dim function was then backwards. I can live with that. Not worth the hassle of a return. Also, there is a loss in brightness after the switch is installed. This was not the case fir all of them. The switches are inconsistent.
