The Home and Kitchen market is not lacking in sturdy, well-made grilling spatulas but unfortunately this isn't one of them. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I know that the serrated edge is entirely unnecessary and often damages delicate grilled food. The handle also lacks durability, leading to frequent breaks and replacements..
