This helps me determine how honest our clients/customers truly can be when they give us information over email and phone calls.
Pros
- The ability that is provided by using such an application as Statment Analyser gives great insight in order to evaluate customer data accurately without having any problems doing calculations within excel spreadsheets etc
Cons
- Some functions could have been upgraded more often than others but all together its good enough
