Put a tension spring on the old fixed posts to remove them.
Installation took less than two minutes. Take a thin screwdriver. Remove the tension spring from the top and bottom of the old fastened posts. Make them pop by clicking on them. The new ones pop out with a light fist push. The perfect pressure to keep the hood up. Very satisfied.
