The first thing that pops up on the home screen are messages from other users who have the app. It takes a few steps to even get a tracking app. I left the app because it kept sending me notifications. When I turned it on to find my cat, all I could see was that her mark was on the edge of the radius. I contacted support and after a few emails found out that this is all I am getting for my money. Please note that it is within 300 feet of my home. I looked for her myself, and she was two doors down in the neighbors' yard. The app didn't help me find it. I think I was reassured knowing she was "within reach" but otherwise no help. I bought a cat trailer. At least that keeps track of how many feet she's from my phone so I can at least get close. When I asked for a refund I just got a normal email to return it to where I bought it within 30 days. I had to use the app/tag for 50 days so I couldn't even get a refund. Cheap product but not worth 20€ for me.
