Burn through is essential

Good sensor, much better than MQ series sensors. Make sure it's on for 5 days, the specs say 48 hours. If you don't have a proper burn, you'll get an error message. The sensor has an MCU that does all the calibration. Make sure you burn it in a clean air environment, possibly outdoors.

Pros

This sensor is very easy to set up and get started. Use it with Arduino to monitor your internal or external environment.
