Some fabrication is required to add holes for the coupler pins in the correct location.

Hole offset for 2 5/8” hook/ball and 2” and 1 7/8” balls. This means that one side fits my spacer perfectly, but the offset side requires rotating the spacer 180* or the hitch will not install. It sticks out like this (because the offset holes are further back) and when the hitch adapter is rotated there is a lot of play. Great concept but requires drilling holes to make it look and work like the picture.
