They are made in China but are cast iron so I doubt I'll ever have a problem. Mounting surfaces are well milled. After installation, the exhaust does not flow. I used 26 ft/lb of torque on my bolts. For some reason my driver side manifold had graphite gaskets on both sides, but the passenger side manifold did not. Just something to note. Donut, rivets, springs and nuts are all fine. If you buy this stuff piece by piece from your local auto parts store, you've almost halved the price of whole headers at Revain. I used my grinder to open up the connector that has this big plug. I didn't need it for my 1989 Chevy due to emissions issues, so I worked on it and made the port as big as possible.
