Review on ๐Ÿš— OBDII Diagnosis Scan Tool & Break Out Box: Portable OBD Diagnostic Tool for Car Fault Detection and Signal Analysis by Ryan Foles

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Economy is good for tools and equipment

I have compared this to units costing 3-4 times as much. As I work professionally with Japanese cars, I rarely need an interface to test CAN High and CAN Low or other OBDII diagnostic port functions. I used this yesterday with a very old tether on a MT 2500, just seeing if serial data is being transmitted. It shows not only a logic probe style blinking of the serial bus, but also system voltage and ground integrity. I will report on the first opportunity to verify the operation of the controller network in combination with my PICO oscilloscope. Currently works perfectly.
