I ordered this meat grinder to try something new. My husband went turkey hunting last weekend and we wanted to find a way to make turkey for every meal. So we decided to grind our wild turkey. Pros: - Easy to disassemble - Oriental to use - Grinds great - Comes with 3 sizes for your grind level (plus sausage making tools I don't want to use) - The photos that accompany this item's listing show how the blade should look like when installed (make sure it's facing the right direction) Cons: - So far my only downside is the smell of the motor, but overall the machine works great for my first time grinding something. I've included photos of the device and how much I could chop (my whole turkey) in 20 minutes!
