Review on 📀 Sony BDP-S1100 Blu-ray Disc Player (2013 Model): Top-notch home entertainment experience by Alex Montgomery

I love this unit but only gave it 3 stars because the stop button and right arrow button fell off after just over a month of use. It still works, but it looks creepy. Now I have to buy another one and keep this as a spare. I've never had buttons like this on the remote control. UPDATE: I chatted with Sony and they said to call 800 so I waited 20 minutes and then they said to call the regular number so I paid for the call and waited on the line for another 15 minutes . Then the guy who finally answered put me back on hold and then came back to say I didn't need to use the device for a month to send them the remote and they would send me another one. HORRIBLE company SONY. So after paying for the call, now I also have to pay money to buy a new one. So I changed my rating to one. I would give them a negative number if I could. UPDATE: I called again to wait another half hour and then immediately asked about customer relations. Sony customer service representative helped me! At least he said he would send me a replacement remote as a one time deal. So I went back to 3 stars. I have to wait 10 days to see if he comes. In that case I will change my rating to 4 stars as I really like this device. With this device I don't have to connect my computer to the TV. I stopped paying for Comcast TV. Now all I have is the internet and I can still catch a few of my favorite shows on Hulu Plus. Good thing I don't watch the news anymore.
