This sleep aid works for my husband but not for me. I have not noticed any significant difference in sleep quality and have not gone to bed earlier after taking this drug. On the other hand, my husband seems to really enjoy it and it helps him fall asleep much faster. I'm not sure if it works better for some people than others or something. I will continue to buy them for him but will continue to look for something that works best for me. I love that it comes in a 60's bottle and that they are a natural sleep aid too. They are easy on the stomach and don't bother you at all. The capsules are quite large and difficult for me to swallow as I'm not a big fan of pill swallowing and tend to choke on them. My husband has no problem with them swelling so it's all a matter of preference. In general, they work for some and not for others, but it's worth a try.
