Work for your husband, but not for me.

This sleep aid works for my husband but not for me. I have not noticed any significant difference in sleep quality and have not gone to bed earlier after taking this drug. On the other hand, my husband seems to really enjoy it and it helps him fall asleep much faster. I'm not sure if it works better for some people than others or something.
