Great help for the hearing impaired.

This is their latest model, the CapTel 2499i and it is a well designed and built unit. Very easy to use with simple and well labeled function keys. We bought this for my wife who is only hearing impaired in one ear and she loves it. As the ad says, you need a high speed internet connection to work properly. We use a Wi-Fi connection that works well. It's a solid, well-built device with nothing flimsy about it. The 10 inch screen is great. Closed captioning is provided by the FCC for people with hearing disabilities and is free after you contact them and register your device online or by phone. This phone has many features such as B. Saving signatures of your last conversation for verification. If you have hearing problems, buy it. It'll be the best $100 you've ever spent.
