The recovery went smoothly except for my own fault. May be .

Recovery went smoothly except for my own fault. Make sure that the O-ring remains on the connecting tube during assembly. It kind of slipped off, then the hose cut through and leaked. my fault I doubled down on o-rings for the second time.
