Review on 💾 240GB Transcend JetDrive 820 PCIe Gen3 x2 SSD (TS240GJDM820) by Joseph Marshall

Product arrived on time, well packaged, includes the screwdrivers needed to remove the back of the laptop and set screws on the current SSD. I backed up my MacBook Pro to my Airport Time Capsule. Removed the back of my laptop, unscrewed the grub screw on the old SSD, carefully pulled it out, carefully inserted the new one, tightened the grub screw again, put it back in, switched on the machine and configured the time capsule from the backup. Voila! Everything worked as usual, with a few exceptions that required addressing, such as The new Transcend SSD is definitely faster than the one I had (256GB) and no longer bothered with the disk space warning. I am very happy with this purchase and will definitely come back for more Transcend products.
