So this thing has a lot of parts and bad instructions. So let me tell you straight away, the sand washing head mentioned in the sandstone cleaning guide. It's the best part for cleaning anything (at least as far as I can tell), it sucks up gravel and sand with ease. It doesn't try to eat rocks like the triangular head does. Both sand cleaners work well and the brush works well too, just not as handy as the others for an aquarium. The suction power is super suction. it will eat away at your sand and gravel, so be careful and don't touch the ground with it, except for the tubular sand cleaner. They have enough suction power to clear the floor about an inch. It also absorbs water very quickly when changing the water, make sure that there is still water in the hose when you switch it off. So turn it off before your water change bucket/glass etc is full. I made the mistake of not considering this and spilled the water. It can automate the water change and clean very well, but it takes getting used to and being careful with it. Once you practice with it, it's a really good thing.
