It works great and is easy to use. Take a ratchet and loosen the oil pan drain plug until it comes out. Remove the ratchet, put this tool on the drain plug, position the pan to catch the oil, rotate the tool counterclockwise and the oil pan drain plug will come straight out of the oil pan and stick to the tool. No more greasy burned fingers. Drain plugs no longer fall into the drain pan. If you change your oil yourself, you will need this tool. You can probably use it for other situations where you might drop a bolt or screw when you take it out of something, but I haven't tried it yet. I would definitely buy again. I bought them as a gift for my son-in-law and his father.
