Fairly straight exhaust tips. However, I had to flip them on my CRV as by pointing the exhaust down they would hit my rear bumper. So if you turn them around, they fit perfectly. I had to unscrew the top screw all the way out and then adjust the side screws first. Really tighten them and then tighten the top screw. Allow the tips to sit properly this way. Generally a great thing. Now all I have to do is drill drain holes on the "bottom" of the tips as I had to flip them over and the original drain hole wouldn't do the trick.
