My son really liked these shoes, especially the velcro closure at the top. Unfortunately, these shoes were too narrow for him. The only reason I bought these is because other reviews said they have a wide toe box. My son wears a 2.5 x W on New Balance so I ordered a size 4 hoping they would match the width. They don't fit, they're about the same as Nike or Reebok. If they fit I would happily keep them as they are just as well put together as the signature stamp. Good protectors, light weight. They seem to have good construction and padding. Conclusion: If your child does not have wide feet, these are definitely worth trying.
