Review on 🎧 Plantronics Blackwire 3225 USB-A Mono Headset - On-Ear Wired Headset by Kelly Jones

This item was gifted to me by a previous employer and I had to return it when I left. I needed a new headset for my current role (I answer my phone daily and make a lot of calls) and it wasn't difficult to purchase. The sound quality is excellent, the fit is comfortable and the ear cushions are soft. Toggling volume, mute/unmute, and answer/hang up is very convenient and works well with both my virtual phone system and Microsoft Teams. My only complaint is that it could have been a little louder (maybe there's a setting somewhere that I couldn't find on my laptop) but other than that it's a great product for the price. would recommend.
