Don't be silent! in thermometers and timers
The timer makes a mechanical tick AND it has an alarm that you can't turn off (you can change the volume and duration of the alarm, but you can't turn it off). I have ADHD and the ticking is very distracting. I planned to use it in quiet offices, including shared office spaces. Instead, I'll let my kids use it to trade toys and I'll find another visual timer.
