Review on MetaCX by Kenny Stephens

I would say the only thing that is working is the sales team, because they have been able to sell directly from within the software. They have also been able to leverage the software to market their services. That said the rest of the company is terrible. I tried for two weeks to use their website builder. I was unable to get anything built. I spoke to customer service numerous times and still couldn't figure out why I wasn't getting any results. Customer service did not have any answers, and would tell me to try again later. After another week of trying, I gave up. I am not sure if I ever saw a result of any of my attempts.
