This stuff is very mild in flavor, easy to mix and has more protein per ounce than many other rice proteins. Yes, it's *it* chalk — imagine drinking rice flour mixed into a drink if you want to know what it's like. However, it is quite well tolerated and, apart from the grainy texture, more or less disappears in fruit smoothies. It can also be added to baked goods to add protein, although I would recommend no more than 10%. If you are vegan or have trouble digesting other protein powders this is a good choice at a good price.
