Works great and is a good source of 'light' protein. If you are chronically ill and/or in pain and sometimes making a protein shake is easier than making a meal, I would highly recommend this product. I've been using it in my morning smoothies for years and it's one of my favorites.

A friend of mine told me about this product which is based on Dr. Oz as a vegetarian. I wanted to make sure I was getting enough protein. I use it in my smoothies almost every day. I use unsweetened almond milk, a banana, cinnamon, turmeric honey and a scoop of peanut butter, 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder, love it and order regularly! It lowered my cholesterol and my blood is healthier overall 🙏🍀

This stuff is very mild in flavor, easy to mix and has more protein per ounce than many other rice proteins. Yes, it's *it* chalk — imagine drinking rice flour mixed into a drink if you want to know what it's like. However, it is quite well tolerated and, apart from the grainy texture, more or less disappears in fruit smoothies.
