Don't get up. for laptop accessories

I was hesitant to put this on my laptop because I read in reviews how the laptop would shake when the MOFT is flat. After months of neck pain, I finally have it on my computer for the New Year (New Year's resolution to better ergonomics!) and I agree that MOFT is great! Except. is already broken! It's been a few weeks of normal usage and it will no longer support the computer. It just fails. waste of money :(
