It should be a simple switch with a $20 button. A new $300 door was purchased instead. The handle twisted and twisted, but the latch would NOT open. Unfortunately, my son, who was helping me try it out, got stuck in the closet with no way of escaping. We had no choice but to break it after many attempts. There are no screws on either side of the outside of the door handle. WHAT was a less than brilliant idea?! There is a "key" type metal screw that you need to put a small hole in to make the handle pop out. So many little details that make this product great value. I've already bought one from this brand and liked it so I looked through my order history to redeem it. Well it wasn't the pen that through my fault I didn't buy. Don't look closely at the pictures to see. Why should I? It was in my order history! Not the same. Almost sent both back but figured I could handle it. Should have followed my instincts. If we could give -400 stars that would still be too friendly. Save yourself and look elsewhere.
