Heavy product packed in original packaging. So when I open the box I see broken plastic. Of course, the plastic spool holding the wire broke where it banged around the corner of the box! If you look at the spool and hope the wire unwinds nicely, it's probably a bird's nest when it's wound up and things get tangled. Very frustrating when you need a wire, it arrives quickly but poor packaging blows it away for Amazon. I'm taking a chance to use it as I have to earn a living today, am interested to see if anyone is following this review, I don't have high expectations
