Heavy product packed in original packaging. So when I open the box I see broken plastic. Of course, the plastic spool holding the wire broke where it banged around the corner of the box! If you look at the spool and hope the wire unwinds nicely, it's probably a bird's nest when it's wound up and things get tangled. The plastic spool was damaged and had to be returned. I understand this happening, but it was also clear that this reel had been opened and returned before, probably for the same reason! Do they just put the damaged product back on the shelf and ship it to the next unlucky customer who orders it?
