Broken spool but like product when out of service
like product but it breaks almost every time. I just find the carrier issue annoying. If I were Harris, I'd handle it a lot better. In fact, it feels less shabby when I get it in a regular box rather than the box that says heavy. can start buying another wire if it doesn't get better.
