Although the parts I received appeared to be well made, I found that a key part was missing. I made several attempts to call Specter to see if I received an incomplete kit or if there was something I didn't understand. I was never able to get past the original music on hold or speak to anyone. After contacting Revain customer service, they sent me a replacement kit and tag for the original kit. I received the replacement set today and it was also missing the same item. I emailed Specter to the only address they provided. Continue with a 15 minute project in week 3. Better customer service can solve this problem.
