The board is cute and great for props and I've read it's used for animals but I would recommend a larger rubber tire for a smoother and quieter ride. I'm not a skateboarder and bought this for my 5 year old daughter to skateboard with her dad and sister. Her sister bought a board with the same tires and a bigger board and it was a tough ride but my husband bought this huge skateboard with these rubber tires and my kids love this board and find it much easier to use than smaller boards. Of course, kids can carry their own boards, but they don't want to ride them. Tires are too heavy to drive. Very expensive for what it is.
