Great 1st Skateboard

Excellent 1st skateboard. Bought it for my son for his 4th birthday. It doesn't really look like a skateboard, but it serves a purpose because it feels like it's doing tricks, and it has a skateboard! Don't expect much, worth the money!

Lazy Production: Skateboarding

Luckily I didn't need it as a real skateboard. If you do this, be sure to wrap the board in plastic BEFORE attaching the wheels. So if you want to remove all the plastic wrap, you'll have to take the wheels off and reassemble them.

SUITABLE FOR SMALL CHILDREN AND PETS

Believe it or not, I bought this for our cat. Judging by the way Bootsy likes to stand and roll on paper, my husband thought he might like a skateboard. This is the perfect size. It would also be ideal for a child around the age of five as long as they are wearing the correct protective gear.

I wasn't expecting high quality for this price but the board had some damage like a rough leading edge and sand colored chips under the clear sheet. I am using this product for physical therapy after surgery so it is not a gift or anything. As long as it does what I expected it's fine, but it's a little disappointing to see a NEW product.

Bigger boards are better with bigger tires

The board is cute and great for props and I've read it's used for animals but I would recommend a larger rubber tire for a smoother and quieter ride. I'm not a skateboarder and bought this for my 5 year old daughter to skateboard with her dad and sister. Her sister bought a board with the same tires and a bigger board and it was a tough ride but my husband bought this huge skateboard with these rubber tires and my kids love this board and find it much easier to use than smaller boards.
