Fits perfectly and is solid but the design sucks. It has a couple of lock washers that should keep it from rocking from side to side. Mine couldn't stay in place the first time I used it. I will add 2 small tabs that will fix this big performance issue. It takes 10 minutes and costs next to nothing as I have a welder. If you're willing to make a few minor tweaks to this thing, this is going to be a great product. If you don't have or don't have access to the required tools, it will work, but it will rotate if you have a heavy trailer. (500#)
