We use this thing for an electronics workshop. No ultra-high-precision measuring device required. C, R only, approximate DC voltage, diodes, continuity. does what it says The supplied magnetic tape is a very nice and useful feature. Very happy about that. The only complaint is that the beep is very loud and like most of these cheap meters run on a slow microprocessor so the continuity tester doesn't work out of the box; takes about half a second, which is very annoying when testing tiny tact switches etc.
